The moment we discovered roaches in our room soured an otherwise comfortable stay. Despite the friendly staff, the cleanliness issues and broken amenities overshadowed positives like ample parking.

It all depends on your needs
The location is fantastic! Everything you need is within a short drive. The breakfast was fresh and diverse. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was not well-maintained. There were issues with cleanliness and some outdated amenities. A couple of bugs also made an appearance, which was a real letdown.

Had a great time with friends—a fun day at the Cape Fear Serpentarium. The hotel was close to everything we needed, and breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly, which made our stay even better. Loved the convenience of a late checkout too!
We had some noise issues at night due to a barking dog nearby. It was a bit distracting, but overall it didn't ruin our great experience.

I loved my stay here, especially the tasty breakfast with cheese omelettes and pancakes alongside the clean, spacious room. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Only downside was that the elevator was pretty noisy, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to everything I needed in Wilmington. The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth. My room, a King Room, was clean and quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. it had a variety of fresh options that set up my day nicely. However, I faced a bit of an issue with the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly, and I had to switch rooms. The staff promptly handled the situation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I discovered a couple of roaches in the new room, which was pretty off-putting. It really detracted from the overall comfort I expected. In a nutshell, it's a nice place to stay, but they need to address cleanliness and maintenance issues more effectively.

Family with children bonding experience
The time spent with my grandson at the breakfast bar was lovely. A really nice gentleman named Cortese took the time to make him laugh with a fist bump and serve him fresh, home-cooked food which was a welcome surprise, something not often found in hotels.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still worth it for the experience.
